Cult expert Steve Hassan issues consumer warning on David Lynch promoted TM

David Lynch, normally holding himself back, is very vocal about TM which has has been practicing for 32 years. To him, it’s the source of his joy.

TM is seemingly harmless. The words “cult”, “mind control” and “danger” tend to be farthest from our mind in this context.

But are we lulled into a false sense of security?

Steve Hassan in his consumer warning on TM:

Many think of a cult as a group that uses high-pressure recruiting tactics, or gets members to commit suicide, sell flowers in airports, get married in mass weddings, or pursue its opponents with lawsuits. TM and many other groups do NOT operate this way, so few people recognize them as a cult. They use more subtle but equally destructive mind control techniques.
